Our story

In 2008, Jhovan Lopera and Paola Vargas Rendón founded Dinámica Tecnológica SAS in Medellín, Colombia — a B2B tech services company. We started selling IT equipment. Then customers asked us to manage them. So we built renting (TaaS).

By 2015, we managed devices for 500+ SMBs. Spreadsheets stopped scaling. We hired QuickBooks. Then Mailchimp. Then DocuSign. Then Zendesk. The patchwork worked, but consumed 15 hours a week consolidating data.

So in 2020 we started building our own software. RentingOS. By 2024, our operation was running fully on it. By 2025 we expanded to Multitech Cloud Latam — opening RentingOS to other Latin American operators.

And in 2026, we launched in the U.S. through Dynamic Tech Solutions and Software LLC (incorporated in Florida, 2021) — to bring RentingOS to US service SMBs who deserve better than English-only enterprise software at SMB prices.

2008 — The founding

Dinámica Tecnológica SAS founded in Medellín. B2B tech services for SMBs.

2015 — TaaS pivot

Customers asked us to manage their devices. We built renting (Technology-as-a-Service). 500+ SMBs migrated.

2020 — Building RentingOS

Spreadsheets stopped scaling. Started building our own multi-tenant SaaS to run our operation.

2024 — Multitech Cloud Latam

Spun out RentingOS as platform for other Latin American operators. Thousands of SMBs served over 18 years across Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama.

2026 — US expansion

Dynamic Tech Solutions and Software LLC incorporated in Florida. Microsoft AI Cloud Partner. Stripe LIVE. rentingos.com launches.

2026 Q4 — AppSource

Target Microsoft AppSource listing. SOC 2 Type II audit completion. 50+ US customers.
