QuickBooks sync (on the roadmap)
A native two-way QuickBooks Online integration is on the RentingOS roadmap — it is not available yet. The plan: when you create an invoice in RentingOS it would appear in QuickBooks automatically, customer payments through the portal would post as deposits against the right account, and customer records, products, and chart of accounts would stay in sync. Today, RentingOS handles recurring billing, collections, and operations; you continue to manage accounting in QuickBooks. We'll announce the integration when it ships.
Who should NOT use RentingOS
We're not for everyone. Skip us and stick with QuickBooks alone if:
- You have fewer than 10 active customers
- You don't do recurring billing (mostly one-off projects)
- You don't need a customer self-serve portal
- Your team is one person and you're comfortable with spreadsheets
Keep QuickBooks. Add RentingOS.
14-day free trial. No credit card. Keep running your books in QuickBooks — native sync is coming soon.
